Sara’s Restaurant has been an iconic staple in the Erie community for over 40 years. We are best known for providing top-notch customer service and serving excellent classic American fun food. We believe that food tastes better with a smile, and in order to do that, we want to make sure not only our customers but our staff is happy as well.
At Sara’s, we are looking for anyone with a positive attitude and a desire to serve customers with a smile. The ideal employee at Sara’s is a motivated individual who can work well with others. The ability to think quickly on your feet and problem solve is also a plus.
We are hiring for all positions! Currently we have several positions available: line cooks, order takers, maintenance, and prep food works. When you apply and are hired at Sara’s we will train you in multiple positions to get the most out of you. The more you know, the more valuable you will be, and the more versatility you will have.
The management staff works very hard to find the right people to work at Sara’s. We want everyone to come together in order to form a great team to carry out or mission: to make the customers’ day a little better. Scheduling is very flexible.
